What is a musical image? Musical images are teachings performed with musical themes. Music is in Daoism very powerful outer tool to conect listener with different inner spaces of consciousness. This is the world beyond words. Beyond thoughts. Beyond concepts. Pure experience. Knowing is at play with the dance of the Divine.
How can I meditate with music? You can be in any posture you want. With conscious breathing, you connect your physical body with your awareness and you will soon feel the energy body too (practise). In this way you reconnect your jing Qi& shen (body,energy & consciousness) ... three treasures of your being. When connected, go in to you inner heart in the middle of the chest and just let the music do the job ... remember don’t think ... feel.
